Your Responsibilities Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) both in and out of the classroom. Deliver targeted interventions and provide one-to-one or small group support where required. Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement individual learning plans. Encourage pupil engagement, independence and confidence. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and SEND policies at all times. What We''re Looking For Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a UK primary school.
