We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Solicitor for our Woolwich office to join and assist with developing our expanding team.

Your Profile:

You will have experience in the following areas of family and childcare law:

1. Care Proceedings and PLO matters
2. Divorce and finances
3. Private Law Children
4. Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
5. General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.

We would like the ideal candidate to:

• Be 3+ years PQE.
• Be able to lead and supervise a growing team
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be competent and willing to undertake your own advocacy.
• Have a following preferred.
• Hold panel accreditation (preferably Children Panel or Family Panel/Resolution)
• Be prepared to network and create new business.

1. Someone who will hit the ground running.
2. Understand legal aid.
3. Undertake and generate private paying work.
