This is a business-facing recruitment role focused on building a high-performing finance recruitment desk within a collaborative, ambitious team.Location: Thames Valley. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and flexible core hours (9:30am – 3:30pm).Salary: Up to £45,000 + commission and benefits. We are looking for an experienced

Principal Consultant

to join our established Qualified Finance desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter to play a key role in scaling a high-performing vertical within a supportive, ambitious team.As a Principal Consultant, you will:Build and manage a pipeline of qualified finance professionals, identifying and engaging top talent in the market.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving new business opportunities and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.Take ownership of the full 360 recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to placement.Lead by example, contributing to the growth and development of the team by sharing expertise and best practice.Achieve and exceed individual and team targets, playing a pivotal role in the continued success of the desk.What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in 360 recruitment, ideally within the finance or professional services sector.Strong business development skills with the ability to win new clients and grow accounts.Excellent candidate sourcing and talent engagement capabilities.A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering results.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.What’s on Offer
