Job role: Credit Controller (Fully Remote)

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9AM to 5PM

Salary: -1516 an hour

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CREDIT CONTROLLER

Responsabilties:

• Manage and monitor customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing within agreed deadlines
• Chase outstanding payments and maintain strong relationships with clients to reduce aged debt
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently
• Use systems including Salesforce and Workday to update account information, track payments, and maintain accurate records
• Support the wider international accounts team with daily finance and credit control activities
• Prepare account statements, payment reports, and credit control updates for management
• Work collaboratively with internal departments including finance, sales, and customer support teams
• Handle customer queries professionally via email and phone in a fully remote working environment
• Maintain compliance with company finance procedures and data accuracy standards
• Experience within the software industry or a fast-paced international business environment is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
