Our client is looking for a confident, caring Team Leader to inspire and support their care team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care within a residential elderly care and nursing setting. You''ll be at the heart of the home - guiding colleagues, safeguarding residents, and ensuring the highest clinical and regulatory standards are met.

What You''ll Do:

• Lead and supervise care staff to deliver safe, dignified, high-quality care
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, medication and clinical practice
• Liaise with GPs and healthcare professionals
• Promote independence, wellbeing and a warm, homely environment
• Support staff development through training, supervision and mentoring
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and full compliance with regulations

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience leading or supervising care teams
• Strong knowledge of care planning, risk assessment and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and calm decision-making skills
• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (desirable)
• A reliable, accountable professional who leads by example
