Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Croydon, South London London and Home Counties Salary: £75,000 £85,000 DOE Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Working Hours: Monday Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a growing electrical contracting business, overseeing a varied portfolio of electrical projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties. This is a senior management opportunity for someone with a strong electrical contracting background who can lead project delivery, manage operational teams and take responsibility for the financial and commercial performance of multiple projects. Working closely with the senior leadership and commercial teams, you will manage Project Managers and Site Supervisors, drive improvements in operational processes and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple electrical projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to testing, commissioning and handover. Manage, lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors. Take responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards. Monitor project costs, budgets, cashflow forecasts and profit margins. Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams on valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts.
