National Resort Sales Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen existing client partnerships in the conferences, event and guest stays throughout London and the Home Counties.For this Sales Manager role, youll need to be a proactive self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding results, coupled with the interpersonal skills to build lasting client partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships are maintained and opportunities to grow business are maximisedProactively secure new contracts and re-engage past clients to drive additional revenue and expand the customer baseDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships through regular communication and tailored supportRepresent and confidently sell a premium 5-star experience at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking eventsCollaborate closely with events, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryKeep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelinesProvide leadership and guidance to support team development and performanceManage budgets, forecasts, and sales reporting for senior managementWhat Theyre Looking For:Proven track record in sales, preferably within the events, hospitality and guest staysHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyExceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a personable and confident approachExperience working with CRM or booking systemsA self-motivated go-getter who thrives on challenges and driving resultsStrong leadership qualities with experience managing and developing a teamProfessional appearance and attitude, able to represent the company at high-profile eventsFlexibility to attend industry networking events and occasional travelBenefits:An attractive quarterly performance bonus linked to revenue and appointment targetsWork-related expenses paid28 days annual leaveCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceAccess to a company pool car or business mileage reimbursementComplimentary gym membershipInterested?If you are an experienced Sales Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected organisation.
