Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Communication Materials:- Develop engaging written and visual content to support policies and initiatives. - Create diverse media content, including website updates, emails, and videos, ensuring customers navigate the complexities of reform seamlessly. - Design and execute a comprehensive 12-month communications plan, adapting strategies to meet evolving stakeholder needs.Thought Leadership Development:- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to shape connections reform through impactful external communications. - Forge relationships with industry publications to proactively highlight key topics ahead of peers. - Lead joint communications efforts with other Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to enhance industry guidance.Internal Engagement and Reporting:- Work with various business units to implement a dynamic reform communication strategy. - Provide insightful reporting on policy and reform progress, highlighting challenges and opportunities. - Cultivate a network of communications advocate
