High level customer service, offering technical support and guidance on products.Identifying technical faults or issues and escalating to the Technical RandD team.Updating and maintaining database with all the correct information and reports.The PersonA customer service professional, ideally someone with previous experience working within plumbing or a similar field.Technical knowledge and understanding of the Bathroom sector.Customer focused, with ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders.IT proficient, particularly CRM systems.The package for this role includes a competitive salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. Based in Newtownards, with a working week of Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm.
