You''ll be central to that journey - helping shape delivery teams, embed Agile best practice, and coach the business as it scales up. Role: Scrum Master Location: Leicester (Hybrid, 1-2 days/week onsite) Salary: -£45,000-£48,000 (DOE) Type: Permanent What you''ll be doing: Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) Embed frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban across delivery teams Coach teams and Product Owners in Agile ways of working Monitor and optimise delivery performance using metrics Support release planning and remove blockers Help facilitate cross-team planning and collaboration (eg Big Room Planning) What we''re looking for: You''re a hands-on Scrum Master with experience working across tech-focused teams.
