Implement strategies and interventions to support the social and emotional development of students. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to address specific needs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant you will monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour support plans. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a similar Teaching Assistant role is advantageous.
