This role sits at the intersection of data science, threat intelligence, and cyber defence, using advanced analytics and machine learning to identify, predict, and mitigate cyber risks. You will work closely with cyber security, engineering, and risk teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that strengthen our security posture and support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy data science models to detect, analyse, and predict cyber threats. Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to large, complex security datasets (eg logs, alerts, network traffic). Support threat detection, anomaly detection, and incident response through advanced analytics. Work with cyber security specialists to improve monitoring, controls, and threat intelligence capabilities. Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously evaluate emerging threats, tools, and techniques within cyber security and data science.
