What You Will Do:- Optimise machinery performance and ensure product quality by performing effective preventative maintenance and responding promptly to breakdowns.- Minimise production downtime by identifying root causes of equipment issues and implementing efficient solutions.- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain smooth factory operations and communicate effectively with the Engineering Shift Manager.- Adhere to company and legislative health and safety guidelines while promoting good engineering and hygiene practices.- Use problem-solving techniques to identify and address potential issues, ensuring the factory operates at peak efficiency.- Complete inspection, cleaning, and routine parts replacement to maintain equipment reliability.
