About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Desk Based Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is primarily focused on developing and growing relationships within our existing customer base while also identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK Public Sector.This is a blended sales role combining account growth (75%) and new business generation (25%). You will be responsible for maximising revenue from existing customers through upselling, cross-selling and renewals, whilst proactively identifying and engaging new prospects to create future growth opportunities.Working closely with Client Managers, Service Managers, Project Managers and Solutions teams, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales targets.Purpose of the RoleTo drive business growth and customer satisfaction across MLL''s UK Public Sector customer base, including Local Authorities, Education, NHS, Emergency Services and Third Sector organisations.The role will focus primarily on expanding existing customer relationships through MLL''s portfolio of connectivity, network, voice, collaboration, hosting, security and managed services solutions, whilst also developing a pipeline of new customer opportunities.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceEssential -Previous experience in a sales, account management or business development role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong ..... full job details .....
