Contract Length: 12 weeks rollingWe are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a leading animal feed manufacturing site on a contract basis. This role will suit someone with a solid mechanical/electrical background and strong exposure to site services functions within a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the site s critical services, including:Carrying out mechanical and basic electrical maintenance on utilities and site service equipmentFault findingEnsuring all site services run safely, efficiently and comply with regulatory standardsResponding to both planned and reactive service issuesSupporting wider facilities activities across the site as neededRequirementsProven experience in a site services, utilities, or facilities engineering role within food, FMCG, or industrial environmentsStrong electrical skills and ATLEAST a Level 3 qualification.Comfortable conducting routine service checks and walkaroundsAbility to work independently and make safe, fast decisions in a live production environmentDesirableUnderstanding of food/FMCG/ industrial manufacturing environmentsExposure to animal feed maintenance experience2391 Ins
