Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for setting, operating and maintaining CNC machinery used in the manufacture and conversion of polythene film products, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards. The business specialises in the extrusion and conversion of polythene materials, producing bespoke products to customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate CNC machinery in line with production schedules.Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings and make offsets where required.Manufacture components and products used within the production of polythene film and packaging solutions.Conduct first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks throughout production runs.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding on CNC equipment.Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.Complete production records and documentation accurately.Adhere to all health and safety ..... full job details .....
