Role: Billing and Support Specialist Location: London, N18 3BH Salary: £35,000-£38,000 depending on experience Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Role Purpose To provide strong billing and Support Specialist across the Group, with particular responsibility for accurate, timely billing through Waste Logics, client reporting, documentation, and liaison between Finance, Service Delivery, Traffic Planning, and Operations. Our client is looking for someone who takes ownership of their workload, works accurately to strict deadlines, and sees queries through to completion. They are also looking for someone eager to grow within the business as the Company continues to grow and restructure. Key Responsibilities Daily and monthly billing through Waste Logics Management of Tier 1 and key client billing requirements Checking rates, purchase orders, tickets, waste descriptions, and supporting documentation before invoicing Identifying and resolving billing discrepancies before invoices are raised Investigating re-billing requirements and margin discrepancies Ensuring all required documentation is available and correctly recorded Maintaining accurate audit trails and internal records Working closely with Service Delivery and Traffic Planners to resolve operational and billing queries Liaising directly with clients where clarification is required Producing and maintaining internal and client reports Supporting month-end billing and reporting deadlines Assisting ..... full job details .....
