London (Hybrid Working)About the Role:A leading financial institution is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic legal team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week in the London office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters.Draft and review employment contracts, employment handbooks, policies, and procedures.Advise on employee relations and HR issues.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.Supporting on investigations and responses to regulatory mattersAdvising on privacy and dataContributing to employment law material for management consumptionDelivering employment law trainingAbout You:Qualified solicitor with 5-7 years PQE in employment law.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.International experience and familiarity with the regulatory environment in EMEA and AsiaIn-house financial services experience is preferred but not essential, provided you have advised financial institution clients.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Us?
