Job SummaryOur client is a leading global real estate investor with significant capital to deploy across the UK and Europe. As part of the group’s growth plan, they are looking to hire an Analyst or Senior Analyst in their Real Estate Investment team London to support deal execution on European real estate transactions.

Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting deal execution on European real estate transactions, primarily focused on the UK, Nordics, Germany, and the NetherlandsResponsible for conducting research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in different geographies and asset classes.Contribute to the development of investment strategies for European Real Estate markets.Support deal activity in financial modelling of potential deals, designing and maintaining underwriting modelsAssist in analysing, structuring, negotiating and recommending new deals.Responsible for preparing investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.Support transaction execution workstreams, including due diligence, underwriting and legal documentation.Support asset management activities relating to existing investmentsBackground and ExperienceMinimum Bachelor degree (1st or 2:1), ideally in finance or accounting or economicsMinimum 1-3 years experience working in a real estate team within an investment bank or private equity firmDeal experience in value-add and opportunistic strategiesBroad real estate sector experienceStrong financial modelling skillsExceptional attention to detailHighly organisedStrong judgement and decision making skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and ExcelNative level written and spoken EnglishFluency in a second European language is desirable including Dutch, German or Swedish
