We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Shift Manager to lead operations in a fast‑paced industrial setting.  If you thrive in a busy production environment and know how to get the best out of a team, this role puts you right at the centre of daily performance, safety, and workflow.

Duties:-

• Lead the shift with full responsibility for safety, output, and quality
  
  
• Manage and motivate a team in a heavy industrial environment
  
  
• Maintain strict safety standards across all operations
  
  
• Monitor performance to ensure targets are met
  
  
• Solve operational issues quickly to keep production flowing
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and workflow
  
  

 Key Skills:-

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
  
  
• Strong understanding of industrial health & safety
  
  
• A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
  
  
• Ability to work rotating weekly shifts
  
  
• Clear communication and solid organisational skills
  
  
• Ability to work rotating shifts (weekly rotation 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm - 6am
