Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Lead Generator / Business Development Executive to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. This role is focused on generating interest in professional training programmes and building relationships with businesses through outbound calls.

The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking to decision-makers, identifying opportunities and promoting training solutions to potential customers. This is not a hard sales environment, but candidates should enjoy engaging with people, generating leads and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to businesses to introduce training and development opportunities.

• Generating interest and qualifying potential leads.

• Building and maintaining professional relationships with prospective clients.

• Promoting a range of training programmes and services.

• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.

• Providing occasional administrative support as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, business development, customer service or a similar telephone-based role.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Good IT and administrative skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Available to start immediately.
