Electrical Maintenance Engineers (static or foot mobile) London, c£45k plus travel expenses and bens Our client is a rapidly growing Facilities Management company that is seeking 2Electrical Maintenance Engineers to carry out electrical repairs and maintenance at offices in the City and West End of London. One is ''foot mobile'' and the other is static/ site based The ideal candidate will have enjoyed working within a client facing environment and will have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a proven record of electrical maintenance and installation. Role Responsibilities Prioritise electrical maintenance PPMs and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times. Carry out a range of electrical services which could include periodic fixed electrical Testing, Portable Appliance Testing, Annual Electrical Inspections and emergency lighting testing. Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary. Carry out small fabric works and first fix calls, including Plumbing and drainage calls. - basic experience. Identify electrical equipment/appliances in the building which need fixing/replacing e.g., white goods, emergency, internal and external lighting, general fabric.
