Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Salary: -13.31 to -24.61
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? West Street Home is a warm and welcoming residential home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care for our 13 residents. We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic senior care assistants to join our team.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, meals, and daily routines
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care professionals
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A genuine passion for caring for others
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• At least 6 months UK care experience within the last 3 years
• A positive attitude and a kind heart
• Care training certificates including Safeguarding, Health & Safety and more (not necessary as full training can be provided on application)
