Key Responsibilities: Preparation of parts for powder coating and wet spray Surface prep and masking of unpainted areas Hanging parts efficiently, setting up spray guns and applying powder coat evenly using electrostatic equipment Managing colour changes during the process Loading coated items into ovens and baking at specified temperatures and times Inspecting finished products for consistent thickness, coverage and defects; performing first-piece and in-process checks Setting up, cleaning and performing basic maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters and ovens Following the companies powder coating preparation process Maintaining a clean, tidy work area Good timekeeping and reliability The Ideal Candidate: Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work Can follow processes and instructions accurately Reliable with a strong work ethic To apply or for more information, please contact Tom Apex Resources today.
