The Role

• Oversee all production and banqueting kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service



• Deliver exceptional food for events, private dining, and large-scale functions



• Lead, train and motivate a dedicated kitchen brigade to perform at their best



• Manage menu planning, ordering, stock control, and rotas with precision



• Uphold rigorous hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all operations



• Work closely with senior management to continually evolve and improve the food offering

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Production Chef in high-volume banqueting or conference environments



• A strong leader who inspires teams through respect, organisation, and passion



• Exceptional attention to detail - from menu design to final plate presentation



• Commercially astute with excellent operational awareness and time management



• Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to balance large events with day-to-day kitchen production
