Accommodation: Live-in available (inclusive of bills andamp; meals)

The Role
- Oversee all production and banqueting kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service
- Deliver exceptional food for events, private dining, and large-scale functions
- Lead, train and motivate a dedicated kitchen brigade to perform at their best
- Manage menu planning, ordering, stock control, and rotas with precision
- Uphold rigorous hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all operations
- Work closely with senior management to continually evolve and improve the food offering
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Production Chef in high-volume banqueting or conference environments
- A strong leader who inspires teams through respect, organisation, and passion
- Exceptional attention to detail - from menu design to final plate presentation
- Commercially astute with excellent operational awareness and time management
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to balance large events with day-to-day kitchen production
