As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence. Working closely with the Chef de partie and the Sous Chef, you will help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.What you will do:Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with the established standardsHelp with the preparation of dishes and service for daily events and functions, under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.Minimise waste by using ingredients following the recipe, checking date labels, and controlling quality.Be prepared to work on different tasks during the day, shifting quickly from one job to another and remain focused.To assist both the Cluster Executive Chef and the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations of the department as required, helping also with the supervision and training of junior Chefs. .Who you are
