Overview: The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our restoration, reinstatement, and refurbishment projects. This role involves ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Contracts Manager will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and lead a team including a Supervisor / Surveyor and admin, liaising with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to uphold our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and building regulations. Coordinate and schedule project activities, resources, and personnel. Work closely with the Supervisor and Surveyor to ensure accurate project assessments and quotations.
