CNC Turner Job OverviewProgram, set, and operate 2-axis turning machines with proven expertise.Write new CNC programs directly at the machine with minimal supervision.Utilize Manual Guide i software and G-code programming.Edit prewritten programs and handle full machine setup, including materials, tooling, speeds, and feeds.Per form in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.Produce one-off and low-to-medium volume precision parts in both hard and soft metals.Work with parts up to 300mm x 3m in length using provided lifting equipment (hoist training available).Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.Maintain high standards of quality and precision, meeting strict specifications.
