An established business that is now looking to grow its in house marketing and ecommerce team What s on offer 25 days holiday Hybrid working 3 on site and 2 days from home Annual Bonus Scheme Discount on products What will you do as a Head of Ecommerce Reporting directly to the CEO Drive digital vision, revenues and operational excellence in D2C and marketplace channels Define/execute the global eCommerce growth strategy alongside Group objectives Lead the digital transformation of consumer brands, driving sales/long-term customer value Oversee D2C website (e.g. Shopify, Magento), build, optimisation and localisation Manage third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) develop strategic partnerships Ensure seamless systems integration with ERP, CRM, OMS, and fulfilment providers What will you need to be a Head of Ecommerce Senior eCommerce or digital leadership experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods Success scaling D2C eCommerce operations and marketplaces - Amazon exp essential Commercially focused with full PandL accountability and performance-driven mindset Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or private equity-backed businesses Job Number 9412
