Overview

We are partnering with a Tier 1 global cybersecurity vendor that is seeking a Sales Director EMEA to lead and build their Enterprise business across Europe and the Middle East. They are close to $500m in revenue, with 30% coming from EMEA. A new range of enterprise products has just been released, creating a huge opportunity. The team currently consists of 15 sellers, with a mix of both first- and second-line sales leadership required. This leader will mentor and train the team and plans are in place to significantly expand the team. The leader must be strong in MEDDIC and be able to train and implement it throughout the business.Excellent salary and equity on offer.Responsibilities

Lead and build the Enterprise business across Europe and the Middle East for a Tier 1 cybersecurity vendor.Mentor, train, and scale a team of sales professionals, including first- and second-line leadership.Implement and champion MEDDIC throughout the organization.Collaborate with product and sales leadership on go-to-market strategies for a new range of enterprise products.Qualifications

Experience leading both first- and second-line sales teams in key UK and European markets for high-growth cybersecurity vendors (startup and/or established).Proven MEDDIC expertise and ability to train others in MEDDIC processes.Senior-level sales leadership experience, preferably as a Director or equivalent.Location: London, United Kingdom (or eligible to work in the UK) with the ability to manage EMEA regions.Note: Please apply only if you meet the above qualifications and are prepared to operate in a senior leadership capacity within the EMEA region.
