Key Responsibilities Lead, support and supervise a skilled maintenance team Allocate and prioritise maintenance requests through the helpdesk system Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed effectively Coordinate and manage contractors on site, including permits to work and compliance documentation Monitor statutory inspections, testing and servicing programmes Support fire safety improvement projects and health and safety initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records Participate in the estates on-call rota for emergency response requirements What We''re Looking For Previous supervisory experience within facilities, estates, building maintenance or property services Strong knowledge of ..... full job details .....
