The Role Working alongside the Home Manager and senior leadership team, you will provide clinical oversight across the service, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times. Supporting staff development through coaching, supervision, and training. Monitoring care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
