Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to step into a leadership role?

We're recruiting a Team Leader for a well-established provider of therapeutic residential care in South Shields. This role is based within a 4-bed home supporting established children, and due to continued growth and expansion, the organisation is looking to strengthen its leadership team.

• Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, safe care
• Act as a role model, promoting best practice and consistency
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
• Support care planning, risk assessments, and day-to-day operations
• Work collaboratively with families and external professionals
• Deliver a trauma-informed, person-centred approach

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (essential)
• Experience in children's residential care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Compassionate, resilient, and proactive
• Committed to safeguarding and positive outcomes
