Electrical Maintenance Technician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer Manufacturing Electrical Maintenance Machinery and FacilitiesAn established specialist manufacturing company is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to provide hands-on, first-line maintenance support across its manufacturing facility.This is a varied role covering electrical maintenance, machinery breakdowns, planned maintenance and general facilities support.The Role Provide first-line electrical maintenance and breakdown support across the factory.Diagnose and repair basic electrical faults on manufacturing machinery and equipment.Fault-find on motors, drives, relays, sensors and electrical control systems.Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.Carry out planned and preventative maintenance.Maintain CNC machinery, production equipment and general factory plant.Support basic mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic maintenance where appropriate.Maintain building services, fire/security systems and general site facilities.Use the CMMS system to record maintenance and planned work.Identify more complex machinery faults and liaise with equipment manufacturers and specialist contractors to arrange technical repairs.Manage contractors, permits and RAMS where required.Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
