You will work in conjunction with the Outbound Operations Manager and provide key support to the General Manager, to ensure the smooth effective Distribution Centre operation: Take full ownership of inventory accuracy across the distribution centre.Develop and maintain robust stock control procedures, ensuring high levels of inventory integrity.Manage cycle counting, stock investigations, reconciliation, and annual stocktakes.Analyse inventory performance data and implement corrective actions to minimise discrepancies and losses.Ensure effective warehouse layout and stock location management to maximise efficiency.Lead all inbound goods receipt activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier deliveries.Manage inbound scheduling and capacity planning to optimise warehouse resources.Work closely with suppliers, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve delivery and stock issues.Monitor supplier performance, identifying opportunities to improve service, accuracy, and compliance.Ensure all inbound stock is receipted and available within agreed service levels.Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse and inventory ..... full job details .....
