This pioneering manufacturer is expanding and looking for a skilled designer to take ownership of exciting projects in a fast-paced, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop bespoke mechanical systems and special-purpose machinery Produce detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and accurate technical drawings for fabrication Prepare clear Bills of Materials (BoMs) to support manufacturing Apply GDandT principles for precision tolerancing and dimensional accuracy Perform engineering calculations and FEA to validate and improve designs Support manufacturing and assembly teams from concept to final build Contribute to product development and RandD activities What We re Looking For: Proven experience in mechanical design for special-purpose machinery or related engineering fields Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Catia etc) Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Good knowledge of fabrication techniques and mechanical component selection Confident communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment What s In It for You?
