Children s Support Workers Temp to Perm Opportunities We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Children s Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Children s Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered. Key Responsibilities: Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment Shift Pattern: Current shift pattern is on a ''4 on 4 off'' basis and either days or nights.
