REGISTERED MANAGER EAST BARNET, NORTH LONDON Our client, a fast growing national group, is seeking a full-time Registered Care Manager to join their Franchise team in East Barnet, North London. PLEASE NOTE NO VISA SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE. Based at the North London office and covering the areas in and around East Barnet, the Registered Care Manager will also be responsible for the day to day running of the branch, providing strong management and leadership to all staff as well as growing the business alongside the owner and maintaining all CQC standards at all times. Duties and Responsibilities: Day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring all CQC regulations are met for safe and effective home care services to clients and To be responsible for client safety and commitment to safeguarding of vulnerable adults Provide any and all reports on the business as required Managing all DBS checks, Right To Work checks and regulatory compliance is done for all staff Ensuring the care levels provided meet the clients expectations and needs and liasing with clients continuously Ensuring all staff training is monitored in line with regulations Staff management including recruitment, staff appraisals, regular supervisory meetings and spot checks Maintaining accurate records and files of care workers and Clients To identify opportunities for growth within the business through establishing business relationships Ensure all CQC preparation and inspections are performed to the best ..... full job details .....
