Influence decision-makers through clear communication and robust tactics. Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams. Prepare and manage appeals and represent clients at hearings and examinations. Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. Person Specification Degree in Town Planning or related field (RTPI accredited or working towards). Solid knowledge of the UK planning system, legislation, and policy.
