This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation, develop your technical experience and work closely with the Senior Maintenance Supervisor.Alongside hands-on maintenance and fault finding, you''ll gain exposure to wider engineering responsibilities, with genuine potential to progress into a Senior Technician, Maintenance Supervisor or other senior engineering role over time.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance activities across site equipment and assets.Fault find, diagnose, and repair mechanical systems to minimise downtime and maximise plant reliability.Use CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities, record findings, and track asset performance.Conduct inspections and condition assessments of mechanical equipment.Work closely with operations teams to identify equipment reliability improvements and preventative maintenance solutions.Source replacement parts and coordinate repairs where required.Supervise specialist contractors and ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.Assist ..... full job details .....
