This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected manufacturing business offering long-term, full-time work in a supportive workshop environment.You ll be fabricating and assembling metal components, working from technical specifications to produce high-quality, structurally sound welds. This role requires hands-on mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.Shift Patterns: Monday to Thursday onlyAM Shift: 6:00AM 3:00PM £14.11 per hourPM Shift: 3:00PM 12:00AM £17.50 per hour Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal materialsFabricate and assemble metal structures to precise specificationsUse hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join componentsInspect finished welds for quality and compliance with safety standardsMaintain a clean and organised working environmentFollow all health and safety procedures on siteCollaborate with team members to identify and resolve fabrication issues What We re Looking For: Proven experience with MIG welding (essential)Experience in sheet metal fabrication (preferred)Knowledge of stick welding (beneficial)Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving skillsConfident using hand and power toolsGood basic maths for accurate measuring and calculationsAbility to assemble complex metal components with a high level of precision Location:Ystrad
