Overview

You will join Capgemini''s SAP Technical team to deliver inventive SAP solutions for UK clients. You will oversee the technical delivery of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation, coordinating multiple technical workstreams including SAP Basis, SAP Security (Roles and Authorizations), and Data Migration using SAP-centric tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit). This senior role requires strong leadership to deliver and grow within Capgemini.Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead on at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.Lead and coordinate technical workstreams across SAP Basis, Development (ABAP, Fiori, BTP), SAP Security (Roles and Authorizations), and Data Migration.Shape and enforce technical governance, including architecture and design reviews.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.Provide input into technical planning and sprint planning within an Agile delivery framework.Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.Deliver technical status reporting to the project board and escalate risks and issues as needed.Support cutover planning, environment strategy, and technical readiness for go-live.Ensure quality assurance and compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead on at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.Familiarity with IT Architecture Development frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).Strong understanding of SAP Basis, ABAP and Java development, security concepts, and data migration tools.Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a complex program environment.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Security Clearance

Development Vetting (DV) clearance is required for the role. To obtain DV clearance, the candidate must meet UK residence requirements (for example, 10 years of continuous residence in the United Kingdom) and other eligibility criteria. Some posts may be restricted to UK Nationals for security reasons.Working Arrangements
