We are working in partnership with an established and expanding provider of  adults residential care to recruit a Deputy Manager for a 3-bed LD adults home based in Dudley.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the RM in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, adult-centred care and strong regulatory compliance. You will lead, develop and motivate a stable staff team, embed a positive culture, and deliver positive outcomes for young people with LD.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring and developing the staff team
• Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, care planning and outcomes
• Maintaining compliance and inspection readiness
• Building strong relationships with placing authorities, professionals and families

The Ideal Candidate

• An experienced Deputy Manager or Senior ready to step up
• Strong knowledge of LD and adults residential care
• Level 3 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Confident leading teams and managing compliance
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes
