This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where technical expertise meets grower relationships, sustainability, and commercial delivery.You''ll play a key role in making sure your customer is technical, ethical, and quality standards are met - while driving development projects that keep the category fresh, compliant, and future-focused.What you''ll be doingSupporting delivery of customer sales budgetsActing as the technical expert for your fruit categoryLeading development projects: new varieties, packaging, sourcing, and grower developmentSupporting due diligence and technical administration to customer standardsCarrying out grower visits and select farm audits when requiredSupporting customer ethical, sustainability, and responsible sourcing agendasWorking closely with the wider technical team to manage procedures, processes, and legalityAbout youYou will be a confident technical professional who knows fruit (and growers) inside out.
