Reception and Office ManagerThis is a part-time role, ideally 10am-2pm Monday-Thursday, based onsiteThe Reception and Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the building. The role is customer-facing and involves supporting tenants, visitors and clients, managing room bookings and conference facilities, and ensuring the building and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard.This is a multi-let office building for charities and voluntary organisations. The building provides office suites, meeting rooms and counselling rooms available for hire by both internal and external users.The post holder will act as a key point of contact between tenants and charity teams. Working independently, they will help ensure the smooth operation of the building, facilities and booking services.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all visitors, tenants, clients and contractors. Manage the day-to-day running of office. Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, counselling rooms and conference facilities. Prepare rooms for meetings and events as required. Order office and kitchen supplies, including stationery and photocopier consumables. Monitor shared areas including kitchens, meeting rooms and WCs, ensuring cleaning standards are maintained. Support prospective tenants and visitors, including conducting tours where appropriate. Set up and provide basic support for AV equipment and meeting technology.
