About the role Our Client is a main contractor / consultancy delivering residential / commercial / infrastructure projects across the region. We need a Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and keep our projects commercially on track. What you will do Prepare cost plans, estimates and bills of quantities Procure and manage subcontractor packages Value work on site, prepare interim applications and agree final accounts Produce monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs) and forecasts Manage variations, change control and contractual notices Advise project teams on commercial risks and opportunities What you need Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor in construction Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC3/4 contracts Strong Excel and measurement skills Confident negotiating with subcontractors and clients ..... full job details .....
