Key Responsibilities and Experience: As a Senior Site Manager you will have experience of managing a range of refurbishment projects from initial inception through to final hand over and final account. Experience of having Supervisors and Resident Liaison Officer direct reports. Overall responsibility for the performance of the contracts with the ability to produce construction phase plans, ensuring works are on schedule, on budget and sub contractors are working safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
