Role: Powder Coater – Brentwood

Location: Brentwood 

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 

Pay: £27,000-£30,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Brentwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.

• Preparing metal components for the powder coating process, including cleaning, masking and hanging parts.

• Applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.

• Operating curing ovens and ensuring products are finished to a high standard.

• Carrying out quality inspections on completed work and rectifying any defects where required.

• Loading and unloading parts safely throughout the coating process.

• Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas in line with health & safety procedures.

• Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

• Supporting general manufacturing duties as required.

• Previous experience in powder coating is essential.

• Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
