We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the assembly of machinery including mechanical fitting, cabling, servers, cooling systems, and power supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products from engineering drawings and work instructions
- Repair and rework mechanical assemblies
- Interpret electrical schematics and perform fault finding
- Ensure build quality through documentation and peer checks
- Meet production throughput targets
- Support prototype builds and project work with Manufacturing Engineering
- Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to safe working practices and company values
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience assembling complex electro-mechanical products
- Strong mechanical and workshop skills
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Basic testing and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and safety standards
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- GCSEs in Maths and English
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30.
