Wills and Probate Legal Secretary Heanor, Derbyshire Full-time Office-basedWe are currently seeking an experienced Wills and Probate Legal Secretary to join our friendly and supportive team in our Heanor office.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised legal secretary who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and wants to be part of a well-established and welcoming team.The RoleYou will be providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Wills and Probate department, assisting fee earners with a varied caseload and ensuring the smooth running of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding secretarial support to fee earners within the Wills and Probate departmentAudio typing and preparing legal documentation including wills, probate applications and LPAsOpening and managing client files in line with compliance proceduresLiaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and third partiesPreparing correspondence and legal documentsManaging diaries, appointments and meetingsHandling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional mannerAssisting with general administrative duties within the departmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate will:Have previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within Wills and ProbatePossess strong audio typing and document preparation skillsBe highly organised with excellent attention to detailHave strong communication and client care skillsBe able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyWork
